English: Fluent
Experienced in operation, leadership, and setting plans

Job duties

This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for different operational functions,
including, but not limited to: branches’ operations, central kitchen, logistics, projects, operations
support services. This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development of
and implementation of overall business practices, financial performance, operational compliance,
customer satisfaction, teammate development, and growth of the business units. Improve processes
and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and
organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations
and procedures.
